Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the provider serving that result. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the information in that message and is used to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Hosting records ordinary log information, including an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review it in aggregate for operation and traffic measurement. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use that limited information to operate the service, repair problems, measure traffic, and improve pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search providers. Their policies govern information submitted after leaving this service, including sponsored-result searches.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a service retains. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and related Texas Attorney General guidance apply to covered private entities, subject to their scope and exceptions. Because we keep very little, a request ordinarily concerns the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page. Texas, Webb County, and City of Laredo public records remain under their custodian's process.
